Many of the problems with doping in sports are associated with trying to illegally increase testosterone levels. But this hormone is important for an ordinary man, because he plays an important role in the production of spermatozoa, affects the development of bone and muscle tissue, activity and vivacity.
How can each of us increase testosterone levels?
The first and, perhaps, the most predictable item in our today's list is training. The fact that lifting weights increases the level of testosterone, you will be told in any gym, so it's hardly an opening. However, the rule applies only to weight training. That is, if you are a convinced marathon runner and run around the park for hours, you can't hope for a serious change in the level of this hormone.
