UFC President Dana White has repeatedly commented on rumors about a possible fight between Conor McGregor and undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather. So on Conan O'Brien's show, which took place on Wednesday night, he didn't bypass this theme.
However, what he said this time made the hearts of martial artists tremble. Perhaps for the first time Dana said that this fight will take place.
The other day the media reported that the meeting of the MMA fighter and the boxer is scheduled for June 10 and will be held in Las-Vegas in the arena of T-Mobile. However, White refuted this information. In an interview for TMZ Sports, Dana White said that it's too early to talk about a deal. According to him, until the documents are signed between Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather, there can be no question of any date and place of the battle.
However, at the show "Conan" Dana White changed his point of view.
"I do think it's gonna happen. I think it's going to be a tough deal, because obviously [there are] a lot of egos involved in this deal and a lot of people, so that always makes it tougher. On the flip side, there's so much money involved. I just don't see how it doesn't happen."
