While the public is closely following the actions of Donald Trump and is looking forward to when the 45th president "will stumble", we decided to make our own rating of the most failed presidents in the history of the United States.

Andrew Johnson

Andrew Johnson is the seventeenth US president from 1865 to 1869, originally a representative of the Democratic Party. Andrew Johnson took the reins in his hands immediately after Abraham Lincoln, against which probably everyone would look like a loser. So the seventeenth president couldn't distinguish himself. It's not known how he did it, but in just a few months, Andrew Johnson turned against himself the whole congress. This is probably why in the history of the United States he became the first president, being tried to deport from the White House by impeachment. Even the purchase of Alaska could not add to his popularity - historians still consider Johnson to be one of the most failed presidents.
