13 reasons why, produced by Netflix, was released earlier this year. The series is based on the best-selling book by Jay Asher, based on the story of the girl Hannah Baker, a high school student who committed suicide after experiencing difficult events that led to such a tragic decision: mockery, bullying, betrayal of friends and rape. Hanna leaves behind 13 audio cassettes, in which she tells her story in detail and describes in detail the situations and people because of which she decided to die. These 13 cassettes and formed the basis of the plot.
The show immediately became famous and received many reviews from the audience. Critics noted that candid scenes showing suicide make a shocking impression on a young audience. After a few comments, Netflix added warning labels in front of the series. And also made a video, where actors, creators and medical experts discuss in detail the issues raised in the series.
