Any martial arts is a very dangerous sport, which only real professionals can do. Athletes preparing for years to turn their bodies into a powerful tool that will help them not only to win, but to not die. However, unfortunately, the history of MMA also remembers tragic cases. Today we recall three high-profile battles that were the last for one of the athletes participating in them.
Booto Guylain was born in Africa and has always wanted to practice martial arts. Therefore, it was quite natural for him to appear in the official promotion of the MMA rules. The fighter just started moving up the career ladder, but his second professional fight ended in tragedy. This happened during a meeting with Keron Davies. Both athletes were in good physical shape and continued to beat a fairly long amount of time. However, towards the end of the meeting Keron Davies was still stronger and, knocking down Booto Guylain, dealt a series of crushing blows to the head. The blows were so strong that the athlete was urgently hospitalized, but after 6 days Booto died due to inflammation of the brain. He was 29 years old.
